Security Deposit

🧼 Cleaning Fee

To ensure every renter enjoys a fresh, clean, and ready-to-go experience, a one-time cleaning fee is applied to each reservation.

• Standard Cleaning Fee: $75 per rental
  
  

• Covers deep cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces
  
  
  

• Ensures the vehicle/unit is fully restocked and ready for the next guest
  
  

• Helps us maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
  
  

We kindly ask guests to return the rental in reasonable condition (trash removed, dishes rinsed, personal belongings cleared). Excessive messes or damage may result in additional charges.

🚰 Mandatory RV Dumping Fee

A mandatory $50 dumping fee is applied to every rental to ensure proper and sanitary disposal of waste.

• Performed by our team after your trip, so you don’t have to worry about finding a dump station
  
  

• Helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for all renters
  
  

This fee is automatically included in your total reservation cost.

🚚 Delivery & Setup Fee

Let us handle the hard part! We’ll deliver, fully set up, and pick up the RV so you can focus on relaxing.

• $100 flat fee for delivery within 20 miles of Warrensville, PA
  
  

• $7 per mile for delivery beyond 20 miles, up to a maximum of 120 miles
  
  

• Includes full setup: leveling, electric/water/sewer hookup (if available), and a walkthrough
  
  

• End-of-trip pickup is included at no extra cost

🛡️ Insurance & Renter Requirements

We prioritize your safety and peace of mind. All rentals include nightly insurance coverage and require basic verification before pickup.

✅ Insurance Fee

• $35 per night
  Covers accidental damage, liability protection, and roadside assistance during your rental period. This fee is automatically included in your total.
  
  

🪪 ID Requirement

• A valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID is required at the time of pickup.
  
  

• The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
  
  

🎯 Age Requirement

• Renter must be at least 25 years old to book and operate the unit.
  
  

• No exceptions will be made due to insurance policy restrictions.

• Generator Rental – $25/day
  Perfect for dry camping or off-grid adventures. Power your RV appliances and stay comfortable no matter where you park.
  
  

• Pet Fee – $100/trip
  We love furry companions! This one-time fee covers extra cleaning and wear from bringing your pet along for the ride.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both renters and owners while protecting the time and resources involved in each reservation. By booking through our platform, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel your reservation for a full refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
  
  

• 50% Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date but outside the 48-hour window will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost (excluding service fees).
  
  

• No Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the start date are non-refundable.
  
  

• Early Returns: No refunds will be issued for early returns or unused days.
